The company was formerly known as Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company and changed its name to Liva Insurance Company in November 2023. Liva Insurance Company was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Liva Insurance Company is a subsidiary of Liva Insurance B.S.C.
