It is also involved in owning, establishment, management, operation, and maintenance of vocational and other training centers, private educational schools, and educational and training institutes; purchasing existing schools, and educational and training facilities; and construction of non-residential buildings, such as schools, hospitals and hotels, and educational transportation. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
