It is also involved in the management and leasing of warehouses; brokerage of real estate; management of properties; and real estate investment and development. In addition, the company engages in the construction and renovation of residential and non-residential buildings; financial service activities; purchase, sale, and subdivision of land and real estate; wholesale and retail trade; support functions; residence, food, and beverage service activities; creative activities, arts, and entertainment; and usage activities. The company was formerly known as Al-Baha Investment and Development Company and changed its name to Darb Saudi Investment Company in June 2025. Darb Saudi Investment Company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
